Booking Information
MAIN HALL and COMMUNITY ROOM
The Main Hall and Community room are available for hire. The hiring day is broken into three periods or sessions: Morning, Afternoon and Evening. The same rates apply for hire of either the Main Hall or the Community Room. Both rooms can be hired together for an additional charge of 50% of the single room rate for the period.

** Extensions after 11.00 p.m. will be charged at £5.00 per half hour
Morning sessions will normally end at 1.00 p.m. and Afternoon sessions at 6.00 p.m. respectively, to allow time for room cleaning and setting up. Please note that when booking the hall you should include the time at the start and the end to allow you to set up for the event and to clear up at the end. It is the start up time plus the event time plus the clear up time that totals the time that is charged.
SITE RENTAL - CARAVAN CLUBS
Members of Caravan rallies will be charged at a rate of £5.00 per Van per night. The cost of using the hall is shown on the caravan booking form.
Kitchen
Hirers may make use of the Kitchen facilities within the standard hire rates, however an additional charge of £10.00 will be made for groups of over 20 people.
Sandstone Room
The Sandstone Room may be hired for small meetings at any time for a charge of £17.00 per session.
Hourly Charge for each of the rooms is available at a rate of £11.00 per hour for regular bookings or £14.00 per hour for occasional bookings
Booking Forms and Terms and Conditions
Anyone hiring the hall must read and accept the information in the documents 'hs conditions of use' - for health and safety and also 'consumption of alcohol'. In addition those making caravan bookings must read and accept the document 'conditions of use for caravans'
